1. רישיון שימוש

השימוש באפליקציה שהורדה מ-App Store כפוף להסכם הרישיון הסטנדרטי של Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . בנוסף, מוענקת לך רישיון אישי, בלתי בלעדי ובלתי ניתן להעברה להשתמש באפליקציה לשימושך הפרטי והלא מסחרי.

2. תיאור השירות

האפליקציה מציגה זמני שבת, חגים וצומות לפי המיקום שנבחר, פרשת השבוע ותקצירה, סידור וטקסטי לימוד, שעונים מעוררים ותזכורות, ווידג׳טים ואפליקציית Apple Watch. חלק מהתכונות מסומנות כתכונות "שבת שלום +" ומחייבות מנוי.

3. דיוק הזמנים וסתייגות הלכתית

הזמנים מחושבים על ידי שירות Hebcal על בסיס חישובים אסטרונומיים עבור המיקום שנבחר, ועשויים להשתנות לפי מנהגים ושיטות הלכתיות שונות. המידע באפליקציה, לרבות זמנים, טקסטים ותקצירים, נועד לנוחות בלבד ואינו תחליף לפסק הלכה. בכל שאלה הלכתית יש להיוועץ ברב מוסמך. השעון המעורר פועל כהתראה עם צליל של עד 30 שניות ומסתיים מעצמו; במצב שקט ההתראה לא תצלצל. אין להסתמך על האפליקציה כאמצעי היחיד להשכמה או לתזכורת קריטית.

4. מנוי "שבת שלום +" (חידוש אוטומטי)

המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית מדי חודש או מדי שנה, לפי התוכנית שנבחרה. המחיר והמטבע העדכניים מוצגים ב-App Store לפני האישור (נכון לעכשיו: ₪9.90 לחודש או ₪59.90 לשנה; תקופת ניסיון בת 7 ימים מוצעת במסלול השנתי בלבד). החיוב מתבצע בחשבון ה-Apple שלך עם אישור הרכישה. החידוש מתבצע עד לביטול, לפחות 24 שעות לפני סוף התקופה. ניהול וביטול המנוי מתבצעים בהגדרות חשבון ה-App Store בכל עת. החזרים כפופים למדיניות ההחזרים של Apple. לאחר ביטול, התכונות יישארו פתוחות עד סוף התקופה ששולמה. שינוי מחירים ייעשה בהתאם להליכי Apple ובשים לכך שיש לך אפשרות לבטל לפני השינוי.

5. תוכן ומקורות

האפליקציה עושה שימוש במקורות פתוחים וברשיון: זמנים ולוח שנה — Hebcal (CC BY 4.0); טקסטי סידור, תנ״ך, אונקלוס ורש״י — ספריית ספריא (CC-BY / CC-BY-SA) ותורת אמת; משנה ומשנה תורה — לפי סימון נחלת הכלל; טקסטים נוספים — ויקיטקסט (CC BY-SA); הקלטות קריאת התורה — PocketTorah מאת Russel Neiss ו-Charles Schwartz (CC BY-SA); רשימת היישובים — הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה (רישיון פתוח); גופנים — SIL Open Font License; צלילים — CC0 ויצירה עצמית. תקצירי הפרשה ותיאורי החגים ניתנים באדיבות ספריא, עם קרדיט במקום, וכל הזכויות עליהם שמורות לבעליהן. פירוט מלא מופיע במסך "קרדיטים ומקורות" באפליקציה.

6. קניין רוחני

העיצוב, האייקונים, האיורים, הקוד והמותג "שבת שלום" הם קניינו של המפתח © 2026 ינון כהן. אין להעתיק, לשכפל או לעשות שימוש מסחרי בנכסים אלה ללא אישור בכתב. זכויות היוצרים בטקסטי המקורות שייכות לבעליהן כמפורט בסעיף 5.

7. הגבלת אחריות

האפליקציה מסופקת "כמות שהיא" (AS IS). המפתח לא יישא באחריות לנזק ישיר או עקיף, לרבות החמצת זמן, שעון מעורר שלא צלצל, או טעות בחישוב, בכפוף לדין החל. תפקוד התראות תלוי גם בהגדרות המכשיר (מצב שקט, מצב ריכוז, הרשאות).

8. שינויים בשירות ובתנאים

ייתכנו שינויים בתכונות, בתוכן או בתנאים. נוסח מעודכן יפורסם בדף זה ובאפליקציה. המשך שימוש לאחר השינוי מהווה הסכמה לנוסח החדש.

9. דין חל וסמכות שיפוט

על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט תימסר לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל, בכפוף להסכם הרישיון של Apple.

Welcome to Shabbat Shalom. Using the App is subject to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

Use of the App downloaded from the App Store is governed by Apple's Standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . In addition, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your private, non-commercial use.

2. The service

The App shows Shabbat, holiday and fast times for a chosen location, the weekly Torah portion and its summary, a siddur and study texts, alarms and reminders, widgets and an Apple Watch app. Some features are marked as "Shabbat Shalom +" features and require a subscription.

3. Time accuracy and religious disclaimer

Times are calculated by the Hebcal service using astronomical calculations for the chosen location and may vary between customs and halachic opinions. The information in the App, including times, texts and summaries, is provided for convenience only and is not a substitute for a halachic ruling. For any religious-law question, consult a qualified rabbi. The alarm works as a notification with a sound of up to 30 seconds that ends on its own; in silent mode the notification will not ring. Do not rely on the App as your only means of waking or for a critical reminder.

4. "Shabbat Shalom +" subscription (auto-renewable)

The subscription renews automatically monthly or yearly, per the chosen plan. Current price and billing currency are shown in the App Store before confirmation (currently: ILS 9.90 per month or ILS 59.90 per year; a 7-day free trial is offered on the yearly plan only). Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation. Renewal continues unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. After cancellation, features stay open until the end of the paid period. Price changes follow Apple's procedures, including your option to cancel beforehand.

5. Content and sources

The App uses open and licensed sources: times and calendar - Hebcal (CC BY 4.0); siddur, Tanakh, Onkelos and Rashi texts - the Sefaria library (CC-BY / CC-BY-SA) and Torat Emet; Mishna and Mishneh Torah - per public-domain marking; additional texts - Wikisource (CC BY-SA); Torah-reading recordings - PocketTorah by Russel Neiss and Charles Schwartz (CC BY-SA); locality list - Israel Central Bureau of Statistics (open license); fonts - SIL Open Font License; sounds - CC0 and self-made. Parasha summaries and holiday descriptions are provided courtesy of Sefaria, credited in place, with all rights reserved to their owners. Full detail appears in the App's "Credits and sources" screen.

6. Intellectual property

The design, icons, illustrations, code and the "Shabbat Shalom" brand are the Developer's property © 2026 Inon Cohen. Do not copy, reproduce or make commercial use of these assets without written permission. Copyright in the source texts belongs to their owners as detailed in section 5.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". The Developer is not liable for direct or indirect damage, including a missed time, an alarm that did not ring, or a calculation error, subject to applicable law. Notification behavior also depends on device settings (silent mode, Focus, permissions).

8. Changes to the service and terms

Features, content or terms may change. An updated text will be published on this page and in the App. Continued use after a change constitutes agreement to the new text.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction rests with the competent courts in Israel, subject to Apple's EULA.
