אפליקציית "שבת שלום" (להלן: "האפליקציה") מופעלת על ידי ינון כהן (להלן: "המפתח"). מדיניות זו מסבירה אילו נתונים האפליקציה אוספת, כיצד הם משמשים, ומהן זכויותיך. העיקרון המנחה: האפליקציה נבנתה כך שתוכל לשרת אותך בלי לאסוף עליך מידע אישי.

1. איסוף מידע

האפליקציה אינה דורשת הרשמה או פתיחת חשבון, ואינה אוספת מידע אישי בשרתים שלנו. כל ההגדרות שלך (העיר שבחרת, השעונים המעוררים, ההעדפות והרקעים) נשמרות במכשיר שלך בלבד. אנו לא מפעילים מסד נתונים של משתמשים, לא מציגים פרסומות ולא משתמשים בשירותי ניתוח (Analytics) או מעקב.

2. מיקום

המיקום משמש לשני צרכים בלבד: חישוב זמני שבת עבור "המיקום הנוכחי", וחישוב כיוון התפילה (מצפן ירושלים). החישובים מתבצעים במכשיר עצמו וקואורדינטות המיקום אינן נשמרות אצלנו. לצורך קבלת זמנים, קואורדינטות העיר או המיקום שנבחר נשלחות לשירות Hebcal (ראו סעיף 4). אם בחרת עיר מהרשימה, נשמרת במכשיר בחירת העיר בלבד, ללא מיקום מדויק. מתן הרשאת המיקום נתון לבחירתך וניתן לבטלה בכל עת בהגדרות המכשיר; האפליקציה תמשיך לעבוד עם עיר נבחרת.

3. התראות, ווידג׳טים ושעון Apple Watch

תזכורות ושעונים מעוררים מתוזמנים כהתראות מקומיות במכשיר. המידע המוצג בווידג׳טים ובשעון (זמנים, שם הפרשה ומצב שעונים) מועבר בין האפליקציה לווידג׳טים ולשעון באמצעות אחסון משותף מקומי במכשיר בלבד (App Group), ואינו נשלח לשרת.

4. שירותי צד שלישי

לצורך הפעלת האפליקציה מתבצעות קריאות רשת לשירותים הבאים: Hebcal (hebcal.com) לחישוב זמנים ולוח שנה; Sefaria (sefaria.org) לטקסטי תוכן; רשתות CDN (jsDelivr ו-Cloudflare) להזרמת הקלטות קריאת התורה. שירותים אלה עשויים לראות את כתובת ה-IP של הבקשה כחלק רגיל מתקשורת רשת, וכפופים למדיניות הפרטיות שלהם. אנו לא משתפים איתם מידע אישי מעבר לנדרש לבקשה עצמה.

5. מנוי "שבת שלום +"

רכישת המנוי מתבצעת כולה דרך Apple (App Store / StoreKit). איננו מקבלים ולא שומרים פרטי תשלום, שם או פרטי חשבון Apple שלך. האפליקציה מקבלת מ-Apple רק את מצב הזכאות (פעיל / פג תוקף) כדי לפתוח את תכונות הפלוס במכשיר.

6. שמירת מידע ומחיקה

כל הנתונים של האפליקציה נשמרים במכשיר בלבד. מחיקת האפליקציה מהמכשיר מוחקת את כל הנתונים המקומיים. מכיוון שאין אצלנו מידע עליך בשרתים, אין צורך בבקשת מחיקה — אין מה למחוק.

7. ילדים

האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לאיסוף מידע מילדים, ואינה אוספת מידע מאיש. השימוש בה מותאם לכל הגילאים.

8. אבטחת מידע

מכיוון שהמידע נשמר במכשירך בלבד, הוא מוגן על ידי מנגנוני האבטחה של מערכת ההפעלה (הצפנת המכשיר, קוד גישה ו-Face ID / Touch ID).

9. שינויים במדיניות

אם המדיניות תשתנה, הנוסח המעודכן יפורסם בדף זה ובאפליקציה עם תאריך עדכון חדש. שינויים מהותיים יודגשו בראש הדף.

The "Shabbat Shalom" app (the "App") is operated by Inon Cohen (the "Developer"). This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and what your rights are. The guiding principle: the App is built to serve you without collecting personal information about you.

1. Information collection

The App does not require registration or an account and does not collect personal information on our servers. All your settings (chosen city, alarms, preferences and backgrounds) are stored on your device only. We do not operate a user database, show advertising, or use analytics or tracking services.

2. Location

Location is used for two purposes only: calculating Shabbat times for "current location" and calculating the prayer direction (Jerusalem compass). The calculations run on the device itself and your coordinates are not stored by us. To obtain times, the coordinates of the chosen city or location are sent to the Hebcal service (see section 4). If you pick a city from the list, only your city choice is stored on the device, without precise location. Granting location permission is your choice and can be revoked anytime in device settings; the App keeps working with a chosen city.

3. Notifications, widgets and Apple Watch

Reminders and alarms are scheduled as local notifications on the device. Information shown in widgets and on the watch (times, parasha name and alarm states) passes between the App, the widgets and the watch through local on-device shared storage (App Group) only, and is not sent to any server.

4. Third-party services

Operating the App requires network calls to: Hebcal (hebcal.com) for times and calendar calculations; Sefaria (sefaria.org) for content texts; CDN networks (jsDelivr and Cloudflare) for streaming Torah-reading recordings. These services may see the request IP address as a normal part of network communication and are subject to their own privacy policies. We do not share personal information with them beyond what the request itself requires.

5. "Shabbat Shalom +" subscription

The subscription is purchased entirely through Apple (App Store / StoreKit). We do not receive or store payment details, your name, or your Apple account details. The App receives from Apple only the entitlement state (active / expired) in order to unlock Plus features on the device.

6. Data retention and deletion

All App data is stored on the device only. Deleting the App from the device deletes all local data. Since we hold no information about you on servers, no deletion request is needed - there is nothing to delete.

7. Children

The App is not intended to collect information from children, and it collects no information from anyone. It is suitable for all ages.

8. Data security

Because information is stored on your device only, it is protected by the operating system security mechanisms (device encryption, passcode and Face ID / Touch ID).

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated text will be published on this page and in the App with a new update date. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page.
