2. שאלות נפוצות: השעון לא מצלצל

השעון פועל כהתראה עם צליל של עד 30 שניות, שמסתיימת מעצמה. במצב שקט (Silent) ההתראה לא תצלצל — כך עובדות התראות ב-iOS. באפליקציה יש הסבר מונחה כיצד לאפשר צליל. כמו כן ודאו שהתראות מופעלות לאפליקציה בהגדרות המכשיר ושמצב ריכוז (Focus) אינו חוסם.

3. שאלות נפוצות: מנוי פלוס

שחזור רכישה מתבצע אוטומטית דרך חשבון ה-Apple — פתחו את מסך המנוי בהגדרות האפליקציה. ניהול וביטול: הגדרות המכשיר ← חשבון Apple ← מנויים. תקופת הניסיון של 7 הימים מוצעת במסלול השנתי בלבד.

4. שאלות נפוצות: זמנים ומיקום

הזמנים מוצגים לפי העיר שנבחרה מתוך 1,326 יישובים בישראל, או לפי המיקום הנוכחי (באישורכם). שינוי עיר: הקישו על שם העיר בראש מסך הבית. אפשר גם להציג את יציאת השבת לפי רבנו תם (72 דקות) בהגדרות.

5. שאלות נפוצות: שפה

האפליקציה מדברת עברית ואנגלית ועוקבת אחר שפת המכשיר כברירת מחדל. אפשר לבחור שפה ידנית: הגדרות ← שינוי שפה.

2. FAQ: the alarm does not ring

The alarm works as a notification with a sound of up to 30 seconds that ends on its own. In silent mode the notification will not ring - that is how iOS notifications behave. The App includes a guided explanation on enabling sound. Also make sure notifications are enabled for the App in device settings and that a Focus mode is not blocking them.

3. FAQ: Plus subscription

Purchases restore automatically through your Apple account - open the subscription screen in the App settings. Manage or cancel: device Settings → Apple account → Subscriptions. The 7-day trial is offered on the yearly plan only.

4. FAQ: times and location

Times are shown for the city you chose from 1,326 localities in Israel, or for your current location (with your permission). To change city, tap the city name at the top of the home screen. You can also show Shabbat end per Rabbeinu Tam (72 minutes) in Settings.

5. FAQ: language

The App speaks Hebrew and English and follows the device language by default. You can pick a language manually: Settings → Change language.
